At Stepped In, we want you to love every stride. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
